Prior to becoming a Realtor, I built a successful real estate investment business in both the US and overseas. I have invested in both commercial and residential properties, which gives me an insight that just cannot be replicated without personal experience. I have facilitated the remodeling of homes, and have purchased, and sold, several properties... in all market conditions over the years. I lived much of my adult life In Miami, Florida, and extensively traveled the East Coast. I established a personal training business in Charleston, in 2008, where I currently have a thriving company successfully serving thousands of people within the Tri-County area. Being a first time home buyer, I was very apprehensive and nervous about what to expect with buying, or how to go about the process. Lori not only put my mind and heart at ease, but she walked me through each and every part of the journey, and she went above and beyond in that she always made a point to explain things until she was sure I understood (she literally gave me five analogies one time until the "situation" clicked in my head)!
She's incredibly knowledgeable about the area as she's lived here her whole life, and knew exactly where to help me look based off of what I wanted. I work in a client based field so my schedule often shifted, but Lori made sure she was available when I had spare to time to view homes.
She is very fast at getting back with you, is extremely kind, courteous and professional, and will literally do everything in her power to bargain and negotiate on behalf of her client.
You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. For her it's not about making a buck, but rather making sure her clients are taken care of and are genuinely happy.
She brings light and joy to those who work with her and also... she brings quite the comic relief.. What more could you ask for?

Gina Solano was "Gina on the spot", taking over from an agent who disappointed me. Our long, long-distance email relationship (she sent me suggested houses to buy long before I actually had the cash to do so) to that point, proved to be invaluable! She jumped right in and I could hear her expertise without pressure style. I found her advice honest and with empathy, even when I became frustrated by the "seller's market" and lost a house - she coached me up through the process and her wisdom concurred with my First Time Home Buyer classes. Her virtual tours helped me see houses before I decided to drive hundreds of miles to see for myself.

She was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and most importantly, extremely helpful. We loved her educated and direct feedback on the properties that my wife and I visited. We never had a question go unanswered and her opinion is rooted in years of experience as a Charleston local.
